The lovely Amala and prenatal yoga….

  1. I took Amala’s class when I was pregnant and it kept me sane! I looked forward to it every week and so much of what she taught made a huge difference. I focused on having a strong body in each class and her tools helped me through a marathon labor and delivery.

    Since then I started her Mom’s Hatha Flow at HB and again, look forward to it each week. I signed up the first possible second and can’t wait to get back into class with her and some fabulous mamas!
