  1. I’m glad you posted this. Could you include gifts under $20 too?

  2. Yupper! We started with a post of big ticket items. Tomorrow we’ll do some of the less expensive options. We’ll also cover gifts for papas and big kids too. 🙂

  3. This will be my daughter’s first Christmas, so I’m looking forward to experiencing the holidays with her for the first time – having her meet Santa, watching her reaction to our Christmas tree (and hoping she doesn’t try to eat any of it!), continuing our family’s holiday traditions with her. I’m actually even excited for snow!

  4. I’m looking forward to meeting my newest neice Luna over the holidays! And going back to Fantasy in Lights to hear my 16 month old daughter say “Wow! OOh!” through the entire drive. 🙂

  5. i am most looking forward to seeing the holidays through the eyes of my beautiful daughter.

  6. I’m looking forward to decorating the tree and listening to and singing Christmas carols!

  7. I’m looking forward to my son’s first Christmas, which we’ll spend quietly at home. He’ll be almost 11 months, so I think old enough to catch on to the excitement and enjoy the wrapping paper at least 🙂

  8. Im looking forward to meeting my new nephew! Due around Christmas, Im hoping to be able to be at the birth.

  9. I’m looking forward to seeing the wonder of the holiday season through my three boys eyes. Every year, it is so much more fun to see how excited and giving they get.

  10. I’m looking forward to starting new traditions with my new little family. And most of all, introducing my son to holiday foods!

  11. I’m looking forward to taking our little girl to my hometown for the first time. She’s too tiny to enjoy it yet, but as someone who lives 400 miles from the people I’ve known since childhood, I can’t wait for them all to meet her.

  12. I am looking forward to everything! LOL! Our girls really love Christmas Eve. I cannot wait to see them in their Christmas pjs and I cannot wait to give my hubby his gifts!

  13. Everytime our new baby wakes up in the middle of the night it feels like Christmas! I love this time of year but I am so looking forward to seeing the excitement through our 2 year olds’ eyes and holding both of our children because they’re growing too fast!

  14. I’m most looking forward to hearing from friends old and new, far and near. I love getting christmas cards in the mail, especially with pictures. Wonderful suprises in my mailbox each day of December! Hope loves seeing photos of her friends and loved ones, she carries them around the house with her.

  15. This holiday season both my girls are mobile and chatty. I know this is going to be an amazing holiday season with their excitement over the lights, tree, and how they love the food! My smallest one is learning how to sing and the oldest one is teaching her every song she knows.

  16. Even though my oldest is 3 already, this will be our first year of starting our own Christmas morning traditions. And to make it extra special, my family will be coming for Christmas morning! It will be so much fun, especially with this also being my son’s first Christmas.

  17. I am most looking forward to going home to Philly and introducing my baby to her extended family.

  18. I’m most looking forward to experiencing Christmas as a mother for the first time. It’s amazing how different things are when you have that different perspective!

That and the Christmas cookies… They’re a close second.

  19. I am most looking forward to spending time with friends and family back on the East Coast… it has been way too long!

  20. So looking forward to our family Solstice tradition: staying up all night (or “until someone loses their mind”). Oh, and, um, unlimited sweets. We go crazy but once a year.

  21. I am more excited for Christmas this year than I have been in a while! I am looking forward to experiencing it with 2 kids and my older one is 3 so she is starting to understand the meaning of things and is also really excited!

  22. I’m looking forward to spending time with my wife and baby over the holidays.

  23. I’m looking forward to my husband having a few days off of work and spending tonnns of family time together. Yummy food, games, family, presents, coffee….the BEST time of year.

  24. I’m looking forward to spending time with the family and of course, the sweet treats!

  25. As I do every year.. Looking forward to spending time with family, watching my kids open presents, and making Kieflies with my mom, sister and aunt – a tradition passed down from my great-great-great grandmother. Happy holidays!

  26. We are looking forward to spending our first christmas as a family of four. My parents will be coming to stay through the new year-after two daughters and a granddaughter I’m excited to see my dad hold his first grandson.

  27. I’m looking forward to seeing my family during our vacation to Washington!

  28. I’m most looking forward to watching my children give each other gifts. They are so pleased with themselves for choosing gifts the others love.

  29. We’re just looking forward to getting settled in our new house and preparing for baby to come in the spring. Also can’t wait to just spend time with family.

  30. I am most looking forward to decorating with my 2 year old…she’s so excited by all the lights and christmas trees she’s seen outside and at the mall.

  31. I’m looking forward to the snow (believe it or not!) and making a snowman with my daughter. We even bought new mittens for the occasion!

  32. First holiday season with our babe?! Looking forward to taking her out sledding if we ever get snow (of course riding on parental laps), seeing her wonder at the twinkling lights on the tree, and just celebrating having my own little fam to cuddle up with by the fire!

  33. I am excited to have a Christmas with a daughter, and with my parents being grandparents. It’s been too long since they’ve had that youthful excitement of Christmastime. I’m pretty sure they’re going to load the tree for bear with presents for the itty bitty.

    Also, peanut butter balls.

  34. I’m looking forward to a nice quiet Christmas at home with my little ones. The oldest is just starting to understand things, so it will be wonderful to teach him our Christmas traditions, and know that this is the start of what he will remember down the road.

  35. I am looking forward to my daughter’s reaction to snow!! She was too young to remember or play with it last Christmas but she always talks about it from seeing it in books (She’ll be 20 months this Christmas). SHe already loves the Christmas Tree, she calls it “chris tree”. It’s fun everyday, Christmas will just be a blast! And we’ll be in Montana, no better place for a snowy outdoorsy Christmas! 🙂

  36. I am looking forward to starting a few new traditions, spending lots of time with family and homemade marshmallows!

  37. Looking forward to circles of warmth & love!!
